Report of the Data Protection Commissioner on Data Protection in Revenue
An external independent Audit of Data Protection in Revenue has been carried out by the Office of the Data Protection Commissioner. The Audit took place over a number of dates between November 2008 and May 2009. The Audit is now completed and the Final Report of the Data Protection Commissioner (DPC), Mr Billy Hawkes, can be accessed via the link below. The Data Protection Commissioner stated that the Report reflects favourably on the approach to data protection in the Office of the Revenue Commissioners.
