What is the definition of fish farming for the purposes of manufacturing relief. Does the production of ornamental fish qualify.
Decision
Allowed. The E.U. has adopted the F.A.O. definition. Farming implies some form of intervention in the rearing process to enhance production such as regular stocking, feeding and protection from predators. Advice of Bord Iascaigh Mhara sought in each case.
