Is the OTC Bulletin Board a stock exchange?
Decision
The OTC Bulletin Board is not a Stock Exchange for the purpose of S.29 TCA 1997. However, where a company has applied for a full listing on NASDAQ, its ADR's will be treated as "shares quoted on a Stock Exchange" for the purpose of the said Section 29.
