BMW Region - Revised Vehicle Registration Procedures – effective from 01/09/2010
The Revenue Commissioners have appointed the National Car Testing Service (NCTS) to carry out a range of vehicle registration functions on their behalf.
Revenue staff in the Border Midlands West Region will continue to deal with some vehicle registration queries such as transfers of residence applications, temporary exemptions and appeals. Exemption applications should be posted to your local Revenue office. Applicants will be contacted to arrange appointments where necessary. The relevant forms and leaflets are available from VRT Section on the website.
