Manage your receipts with the receipts tracker
What is the receipts tracker service?
This is a service that enables you to record and keep track of your receipts relating to the following expenses:
- other expenses and documents.
If you store your receipts on Revenue storage you will not have to keep your paper receipts. If you don’t you must keep all your original receipts for 6 years.
Who is the service for?
This service is for anyone who wants to electronically record and manage receipts for their expenses.
Agents cannot currently access this service. Instead, you can download and send your receipts details and, or images to your agent.
What you need to use the service
You will need the following information to use the service:
- your registration details for myAccount or the Revenue Online Service (ROS)
- receipt or expense details:
- date of expense
- receipt image (optional).
How to access the service
If you have downloaded our mobile application 'RevApp', the receipts tracker service is accessible from the main menu.
Click on the 'Receipts tracker' card in myAccount or
Click on the ROS main menu.
