Company Statement of Particulars

Every company which is incorporated or begins a trading activity in the State must give a Statement of Particulars (Form 11F CRO) to Revenue. This is required under section 882 of the Taxes Consolidation Act 1997. The statement needs to be provided within 30 days of incorporation with the Companies Registration Office (CRO), or the commencement of trading activity. In the case of overseas incorporated companies, the Statement must be supplied to Revenue within 30 days of the company commencing trading in Ireland.

If there are any subsequent changes to the original Particulars submitted to Revenue, then an updated Statement of Particulars (Form 11F CRO) must be filed within 30 days of those changes.

See Company Statement of Particulars in the Companies and charities section for more information.
