The tax system provides special allowances and exemptions from certain taxes and duties in respect of persons with disabilities of a permanent nature.
Copies of the leaflets and forms which are referred to can be downloaded or ordered from the website, picked up at your local tax office or obtained by telephoning our Forms and Leaflets Service at 1890 30 67 06 or 00353 1 70 23 050 for callers outside the Republic of Ireland. This is an automated telephone service and you will be asked to give your name, address and the title of the leaflet you want.
