Further to our earlier messages on collection arrangements during the postal disruption, Revenue wishes to emphasise the following important message:
To avoid unneccessary delays, customers should always telephone their local Tax Districts to confirm that their certificates or other documents are available for collection. This is essential in advance of arriving in person to collect any documentation, especially Tax Clearance Certificates.
