Seizure of herbal Cannabis in Dublin
Officers from Revenue's Customs Service and Gardai have today (18/01/05) seized 10kgs of herbal Cannabis with a street value of €20,000 which arrived in a parcel delivered by courier from South Africa via Dublin Airport. Two non-nationals, a female aged 28 years and a male in his 30's with an address in Swords, Co. Dublin, have been arrested under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act. The couple are being held at Swords Garda station.
