Drug seizure in Galway
In a joint operation involving Officers from Revenue's Customs Service and Gardai from Galway City Drug Unit 0.25 kgs of amphetamine, commonly known as speed, with a street value of €4,000 was recovered during a search of the man's house in Galway yesterday (26/04/2007). A 24 year old Polish male was arrested at the address. He was later released and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
