Cigarettes, Tobacco and Vehicles seized in Cork
Following a joint operation involving officers from Revenue's Customs Service and members of the Gardai from Anglesea Street Garda Station, 10,000 unstamped cigarettes and 10 Kgs of unstamped tobacco, were seized on the north side of Cork city yesterday (24/11/2010).
The Raquel cigarettes and Samson Tobacco had an estimated retail value of €7,500.
Two vehicles were seized and one vehicle was also detected using Agricultural diesel.
Two males were questioned and investigations are ongoing.
