Cannabis Seizure at Dublin Airport
Officers from Revenue's Customs Service at Dublin Airport yesterday afternoon (26/09/2011) seized 1kg of cannabis resin with a street value of €7,000.
A 27 year old Spanish male was intercepted following routine profiling when he arrived in Dublin airport on a flight from Malaga, Spain. Officers discovered the drugs concealed in his underwear.
He was arrested and handed over to Dublin Airport Gardaí and is due to appear in court later today.
