Outcome

All three defendants entered guilty pleas.

Ultan Tracey & Barry McDonald were each sentenced to two years, suspended on own bond of €500 to be of good behaviour during that period and each to pay €10,000 via Court to a local Charity (SVP).

John O' Hanlon was sentenced to 6 months, suspended on own bond of €500 to be of good behaviour during that period, to pay €5,000 via Court to local Charity (SVP).
