The Property Services Regulatory Authority (PSRA) are assuming the licensing function for Auctioneers/Estate Agents, which was previously the responsibility of Revenue. Accordingly, applications for the 2012/2013 licensing year, which commences on 6th July 2012, should be made to the PSRA. Further information can be obtained at the following link:
