Tax and Duty Manual Part 38-04-16 - Procedures for valuing property for Tax and Duty purposes- has been updated throughout to refer to the revised processes for obtaining independent property valuations for Tax and Duty purposes, including referral to the Valuation Division of Tailte Éireann.
