Update to VRT Tax Manual Section 1B - Administration and Payments by Traders

Vehicle Registration Tax Manual Section 1B provides guidance on administration and payments by traders. The Manual has been updated in Section 3 Communications and Lodgements to reflect the fact that Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) payments have been discontinued.
