Manual on the Movement of Firearms and Ammunition
The Tax and Duty Manual on the Movement of Firearms and Ammunition has been updated.
The following content has been amended -
- Paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 5, Annex 1 and 2 have been updated by the removal of all references to Humane Killers,
- Paragraphs 3 and 4 have been amended with updated contact details for the Department of Justice,
- Paragraph 4 has been amended to include a reference to the Automated Export System (AES),
- Paragraphs 4 and 5 have been amended with updated contacts for Customs,
- Annex 2 has been updated with new definitions for Explosives and Pyrotechnics and
- Annex 3 has been updated with new legislative references.
