This document is the Design Document for National Excise Applications. It specifies the design requirements to which any Nationally Developed Excise Application (NDEA) and Centrally Developed Excise Application (CDEA) needs to conform. Some differences may occur between the FESS and the DDNEA, however, the DDNEA should be taken as the guideline for development.
