Master Plan
The EMCS Master Plan provides a long-term vision of the project and will be used to ensure the synchronisation between all the parties involved in the project, in full transparency. It identifies the activities to be performed during the 6-year period of time specified in the EMCS legal decision and possible evolutions/delays. The Master Plan describes the activities, their expected results, their target completion date and the responsible actor(s) for them. The Master Plan also defines all major synchronisation points between all involved parties.
