Revenue seizes cocaine in Clondalkin

As part of a joint, intelligence led operation involving Revenue’s Customs Service and the Garda National Drugs Unit, today (7/11/13), approximately 500 grams of cocaine, with an estimated value of up to €35,000 was seized at an address in Clondalkin, Dublin.

A 33 year-old South African male was arrested and detained at Clondalkin Garda Station under the provisions of Section 2, Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking) Act 1996.

Investigations are continuing.
