Betting Duty

How do I register?

Licenced bookmakers and remote betting intermediaries, resident in the State, can register for Betting Duty and Betting Intermediary Duty. Registration is available in Revenue Online Services (ROS).

For remote betting intermediaries, not resident in the State, applicants must complete the  Tax Registration TR (BET) form. The completed form must be returned by email to BusinessTaxesRegistrations@revenue.ie.
