Ministerial Approval Certificate

A certificate issued under the provisions of Section 25 (1) of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 1943 must be obtained from the Office of the Minister for Transport, Tourism and Sport. You must submit this certificate to Revenue for first application. A certificate is also required for each renewal of an Aerodrome Licence.
