Ministerial Approval Certificate

Note:

The waiver of Excise Duty on on-trade liquor licences will not be extended to renewals in 2022.

All Aerodrome Licence applications require a certificate issued under the provisions of Section 25 (1) of the Intoxicating Liquor Act 1943. You can acquire this certificate from the Office of the Minister for Transport. You must submit this certificate to Revenue for first application. You will also require a certificate for each renewal of an Aerodrome Licence.
