Company Registration Office documents
In certain cases, applicants for auto fuel, marked fuel and alcohol licences are required to hold the following documents:
- Where the applicant trades using a name which is not that of the beneficial owner of the business, a Certificate of Registration of Business Name will be required to take up the licence. Certificate of Registration of Business Name under section 16 of the Registration of Business Names Act 1963.
- Where the applicant is a Limited Company, a Short Certificate of Incorporation, dated not earlier than four weeks before the date of application, will be required to take up the licence. Short Certificate of Incorporation under Section 370 of the Companies Act 1963.
