Renewal of a Hotel Licence

The National Excise Licence Office will send you a renewal notice in early September each year. This notice invites you to make your renewal application and pay for your licence .

All licensees require tax clearance and in certain cases a: 

• Fáilte Ireland Certificate
• Short Certificate of incorporation
• Certificate of Registration of Business Name.

Revenue will automatically check your tax clearance status before issuing the licence.
