Certificate of Personal Fitness

Revenue may only issue a Remote Bookmaker’s Licence where the applicant holds a Certificate(s) of Personal Fitness. Certificates are issued by the Department of Justice and Equality. 

It confirms that an individual, or the relevant officer of a Partnership or Body Corporate, is a fit and proper person to hold a Remote Bookmaker’s Licence. 

Each relevant officer must obtain a certificate.

You must apply to Revenue for your licence within 21 days of the issue of your certificate(s).
