How to complain
You can complain to Revenue using the Complaint and Review procedures. You can also seek a review of our handling of a case.
We try to resolve most issues that arise between a customer and Revenue:
- in the normal course of business
- by dealing directly with the Revenue officer and, or the supervisor handling the case.
We recognise, however, that it may not be possible to resolve all issues in this way. In such circumstances, you can use our Complaint and Review procedures.
