Workplace Relations Commission

It is against the law to discriminate in relation to the provision of services, the disposal of property, or the access to education on any of the following grounds:

  • gender
  • civil status
  • family status
  • sexual orientation
  • religious belief
  • age
  • disability
  • race
  • colour
  • nationality
  • ethnic or national origins
  • membership of the Traveller community. 

If you are dissatisfied with Revenue's handling of your affairs under any of these grounds, you can make an appeal to the Workplace Relations Commission.
