Accession Agreements to the UBIN Data Sharing Agreement
The Office of the Revenue Commissioners has entered into two separate Accession Agreements:
to the Unique Business Identifier Number (UBIN) Data Sharing Agreement (DSA) in accordance with the Data Sharing and Governance Act 2019 (as amended).
Accordingly, Schedule C of the original UBIN Data Sharing Agreement has been updated with the names of the two new acceding Public Service Bodies:
- Enterprise Ireland
- and
- the Pensions Authority.
