Memorandum of Understanding between Charities Regulatory Authority and Revenue
A Memorandum of Understanding has been drawn up to recognise the close working relationship between the Charities Regulatory Authority and Revenue.
This memorandum sets out details of the co-operation between, and the respective functions of both parties in the regulation of charitable organisations and charitable trusts.

Memorandum of Understanding between CSO and Revenue
Revenue collects a wide range of data from the administration of the taxes and duties for which it has responsibility.
The Central Statistics Office (CSO) recognises the potential of Revenue data for both:
- optimising statistics
- and
- and
- reducing the burden on businesses by eliminating duplicate data.
In recognition of the interdependencies between the offices a memorandum of understanding (MOU) has been drawn up between Revenue and CSO. The signed copy of the MOU is available below:
