On 27 November 2025 Judge Nolan ordered the forfeiture to the Exchequer, pursuant to Section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994, of cash amounting to €9935 which had been seized and detained on the 18 June 2024 by Revenue Officers at Dublin Port.
