On 01 December 2025 Judge Nolan ordered the forfeiture to the Exchequer, pursuant to Section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1994, of cash amounting to €76,239.44 which had been seized and detained on the 11 May 2022 by Revenue Officers at Unit 2 & 3, Dominics Shopping Centre, Tallaght, Dublin 24.
