Revenue seize herbal cannabis worth €1,119,000 at Dublin Airport
On the 25/09/2025, as a result of risk profiling and with the assistance of detector dog Lusai, Revenue officers seized 55.95kgs of herbal cannabis with an estimated value of €1,119,000 at Dublin Airport.
The cannabis was discovered concealed in boxes described as ‘Insulated Containers’. The drugs had arrived in air cargo consignments from America and were destined for addresses in Ireland.
Investigations are ongoing.
This seizure is part of Revenue's ongoing operations targeting organised crime groups and the importation, sale and supply of illegal drugs.
