Summary

Outcome
On 6 May 2025 at Monaghan Circuit Criminal Court, Judge John Aylmer sentenced Mr. Sherry to 240 hours Community Service under Probation Service supervision within 12 months of this date in lieu of a sentence of 15 months imprisonment in respect of Count No. 1. Destruction Order made as necessary.
