- Keeping prohibited goods, within the meaning of section 94 of the Finance Act 1999, contrary to section 102(3)(c) and (4) of the Finance Act 1999, as amended by section 98(a) of the Finance Act 2010, section 43(d) of the Finance Act 2011 and section 78(1)(x) of the Finance Act 2012.
Outcome
On 16 May 2025, Judge Aylmer imposed a fine of €20,000 to be paid within 12 months.
