How to locate your goods following arrival to Ireland

You may experience a delay in the delivery of your goods following their arrival in Ireland. If this happens, you should contact the express carrier or An Post for an update.

If your goods are selected for a Customs intervention, you will receive a written notification from Customs. This notice will advise if the goods are detained or seized and provide the appropriate contact details of the relevant mail centre.
