How to contact the SCU for support

Revenue has a dedicated Sensitive Cases Unit (SCU) who can provide confidential support to individuals who have been awarded payments from these sources.

The SCU can provide the following supports:

  • Increased confidentiality.
  • Specialist assistance with submitting tax returns.
  • Support with claiming reliefs or refunds.
  • Direct phone service.
  • An efficient level of service.

Contacting the SCU

The easiest and most secure way to manage your tax is by using myAccount or the Revenue Online Service (ROS).

Once you have signed in to myAccount or ROS, you can submit your query directly to the SCU through MyEnquiries. For further detail on submitting a query through myAccount or ROS, please see MyEnquiries.
