Customer Survey - important information
Revenue is inviting a randomly selected group of customers to take part in a short survey. The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback on our recently implemented Estimated Response Time development on MyAccount and ROS. We want to better understand the experiences of our customers to continue improving our services.
If you have been selected, you will receive an email inviting you to complete our short online survey before 30 March 2026. Our survey does not ask for financial or personal information. Revenue will never gather this information in emails or surveys. This survey is not in any way connected with your individual tax affairs.
