Holiday opening arrangements
Apart from public holidays (25 and 26 December 2025, and 1 January 2026) Revenue will generally provide normal services over the Christmas and New Year holiday period. Our public offices will remain closed from 25 December 2025 - 1 January 2026.
The ports and airports (customs helpline - customs clearance and import or export controls) will generally operate on a 24-hour basis and provide normal service (apart from 25 December) and a reduced service on the dates and times outlined below. The eCustoms helpline (customs technical queries) and ROS helpdesk will operate as normal, with certain exceptions, as outlined in the table below:
