Rosslare "Call to Customs" procedures for temporary export and, or re-exportation of goods

• As per the requirements of your Customs procedure you must have the goods cleared prior to departure from the State.
• From 23.59 hrs on Tuesday 14 October 2025, all Customs operations will cease at the Rosslare Import Centre, Kilrane and move to T7 in Rosslare Europort.
• To access T7 you must enter Rosslare Europort through the freight check-in lanes, using the uncovered check-in lane which is located furthest to the left. You will then proceed to follow the signs to T7 for Customs clearance. Download map.
• You should allow sufficient time prior to your scheduled Check-In time, to have your documentation completed and goods cleared.
• It is essential that you provide us with all relevant travel details, so as we can facilitate this process as efficiently as possible and avoid any unnecessary delays:
  • Registration Number
  • Date of export and, or re-export
  • Sailing route
  • Sailing time.

We recommend forwarding these details at least 7 days in advance of intended travel date to CustomsPBN@revenue.ie.
