Manage your receipts with the receipts tracker
The Receipts Tracker service allows you to record and keep track of your receipts for expenses. These expenses include:
- other expenses and documents.
If you store your receipts on Revenue storage, you will not have to keep your paper receipts. If you do not, you must keep all your original receipts for 6 years.
Agents cannot currently access this service. You can download and send your receipts details and images to your agentwhen you log into myAccount from www.revenue.ie.
What you need to use the service
To use the service, you will need:
- your registration details for myAccount or the Revenue Online Service (ROS)
- the receipt or expense details
- the date of the expense
- the description of the expense
- the amount
- the receipt image (optional).
How to access the service
If you have downloaded our mobile application 'RevApp', the Receipts Tracker service is accessible from the main menu.
You can access the service through myAccount by clicking on 'Receipts Tracker' in the ‘Manage My Record’ card.
You can access the service through ROS on the main menu.
