Notify Revenue of LPT details for the sale or transfer of more than one residential property

You may be selling or transferring more than one of your residential properties in Ireland. If so, you must notify the Local Property Tax (LPT) Branch about each property.

The property details of the residential properties involved may not have been listed in the stamp duty return. If not, you should submit the details to the LPT branch on the Bulk upload template.
