Notify Revenue of LPT details for the sale or transfer of more than one residential property

How to notify Revenue of LPT details for the sale or transfer of more than one residential property?

If more than one of your residential properties for Local Property Tax (LPT) purposes is being sold or transferred, the LPT branch must be notified of all properties.

If the property details of all of residential properties involved have not been listed in the stamp duty return, the details should be submitted to the LPT branch on the template provided.
