View property history and print your receipt for Local Property Tax (LPT)

The Local Property Tax (LPT) online service allows you to view annual LPT information about any residential property owned by you in Ireland.

Using the service, you can view LPT information relating to:

• filed returns
• the property's LPT valuation band
• your payment methods
• your total LPT charge due
• how much LPT you have paid
• interest or penalties applied
• any LPT transactions for the property for your period of ownership.

What you need to use the service

To use the service, you will need:

• your Personal Public Service Number (PPSN) or Tax Reference Number (TRN)
• the unique property ID
• and
• the secure PIN.

How to use the service   

You can access the service through LPT online by following these steps:

1. Enter your PPSN, property ID and PIN, and click ‘Sign In’.
2. On the home screen, click the ‘View Payment History‘ button.
3. If you own more than one property, you should select the specific property and then click 'View Payment History'. This will generate a Property History Summary for that property.

You can access the service through myAccount by following these steps:

1. Click ‘Local Property Tax (LPT)’ in the ‘Property Services’ section.
2. On the home screen, click the 'View Property History' button.
3. If you own more than one property, you should select the specific property and then click 'View Payment History'. This will generate a Property History summary for that property.

You can access the service through the Revenue Online Service (ROS) by following these steps:

1. Click on the ‘View Property List’' button in the ‘Local Property Tax’ tab.
2. Click on the ‘Property ID’.
3. On the home screen, click the ‘View Payment History’ button.
4. If you own more than one property, you should select the specific property and then click 'View Payment History'. This will generate a Property History Summary for that property.
