Issues registering for Revenue Online Service (ROS)
System password not received
If you have not received a ROS Access Number (RAN) system password after completing step 2 of the Revenue Online Service (ROS) registration process, please see the steps below:
- If you requested your system password via email, please check your spam and junk folders.
- If this does not resolve the issue, repeat the step requesting a text message, if possible.
- If you have still not received a system password within 10 minutes, please contact the ROS Technical Helpdesk.
