Issues with the ROS offline application

The required form is not on the list of available forms

If you cannot find the required form in the list of available forms in the Revenue Online Service (ROS) offline application:

  • Refresh the list of available forms in the ROS offline application to ensure this is up to date. To do this, click on ‘Download’ in the ROS offline application, then click on ‘Refresh’.
  • Review the Available forms in the ROS offline application section to ensure that your required form is available in the ROS offline application.
