System password not received
If you have not received a system password after successfully resetting the ROS login, please see the steps below:
- If you requested your system password by email, please check your spam and junk folders.
- If this does not resolve the issue, repeat the step requesting a text message, if possible.
If you have still not received a system password within ten minutes, please contact the ROS Technical Helpdesk.
