Overview

The Home Renovation Incentive (HRI) is a relief from Income Tax for homeowners and landlords. They can claim the HRI Tax Credit for repairs, renovations and improvements to their home or their rental property.

The HRI is operated through HRI online, which you can access through the Revenue Online Service (ROS).
