eRCT payments to subcontractors for 12-month period 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015

During January 2016, subcontractors and their agents can view or download in ROS records of the payments made to a subcontractor in the 12 month period from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015. The 2015 full-year information is only available during January 2016. The system will roll forward after 31 January 2016.

As this information is likely to be of assistance to agents/taxpayers in preparing the taxpayer's 2015 income tax return (Form 11); agents/taxpayers are reminded to download/record this information before 31 January 2016.

ROS users can view the payments received on contracts from the "Services" menu. The records are available by selecting "Manage Relevant Contracts Tax", then selecting "Search Existing Payment Notifications", and then selecting "Subcontractor" from the dropdown menu. Users can then view the payment and any tax deduction information from the contracts presented on screen, and record any information as required.
