Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Med Preferential Rules of Preferential Origin
The Tax and Duty Manual Preferential Origin - Appendix I has been updated to incorporate the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin (PEM Convention).
This Convention will replace the network of about 60 bilateral protocols on rules of origin in force in the Pan Euro-Med zone with a single instrument. It has been ratified by most countries in the PEM zone.
The Manual previously contained the rules from one of the bilateral agreements.
