Ex-gratia Magdalen Laundry payments
Tax and Duty Manual Part 07-01-23 - Ex-Gratia Magdalen Laundry Payments has been amended as a result of Finance Act 2018. The amendment reflects the extension of the existing exemption to women who resided in certain adjoining institutions and in respect of the exemption regarding the investment of compensation proceeds.
