Updates to Revenue's services for customers with disabilities, including a remote interpretation service for Revenue's deaf customers.

Tax and Duty Manual Part 37-00-20 – Revenue information and services for customers with disabilities – has been updated.

This manual details the range of facilities available to assist customers with accessibility requirements and the contact information for Revenue's access officer teams.

Additional facilities now being provided include a remote interpretation service for deaf customers to communicate with Revenue in their own language, Irish Sign Language (ISL). This is a free service for all deaf customers.
